Regarding the pricing, you initially booked a haircut, but you added a beard trim during your visit, which comes with an additional charge. This is always communicated to our customers upfront to avoid any surprises. As for cleanliness, we take hygiene very seriously and consistently sanitize our equipment between clients to maintain a safe and clean environment.
