Honestly not good, showed the barber a picture of what I wanted, gave me something completely different. Wanted a high fade and textured top, gave me ...a low fade and not even sure how to describe the top. Won’t be retuning. Show more

Awful experience. My appointment was at 2:00pm, I arrived at 1:50 spoke to nali the barber who I was booked with. At 2:00pm he sat another person in t...he seat and I ended up waiting till 2:30pm even though I had booked for 2pm. At 2:30 he put someone else in the seat which I then explained it should be my turn as I’ve been waiting since I had an appointment booked for 2:00pm. nali then proceeded to put the blame on me for not telling him I had an appointment booked then and told me to go see another barber. I found this extremely unprofessional and very rude to shift the blame on me and then not even see me. The barber I then waited for had gone out the shop for. Another 15 min. It was now 2:45 and I had to leave as I had work. I explained I have waited for too long and had to go and there was no response from the barber nali who just ignored me. Show more
