Great communication and flexibility. Nina is really nice and easy to talk to. She gives advice and is extremely professional. I had my lashes done on ...the 15th July. Despite a 2-week holiday abroad with multiple daily showers, swimming in the ocean and in the pool, they are holding up solid! Merci ;-) Show more

I was not sent the address until the morning of the appointment which was rather late. The time was changed to 15 minutes later than booked. Nina was... friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable and the outcome was excellent. It was value for money. Show more
