Hi Ozge, I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and that you could of been late to your party, as you did booked short notice 50min before 5.30pm it was a bit short notice to notify you as you are a new client , you did book for full but then you asked me to do mega full when you came which I did, as you mentioned you been getting your lashes for years so prices are different for each service , I did gave you a discount too for the inconvenience before you ask .im glad you loved the lashes still and not sure if the 1 out 5 was necessary by moving your appointment to 6.30pm instead of 5.30pm .
