Sorry to hear about your experience, unfortunately from the time the booking was made and the time of appointment was short notice therefore that’s the reason as to why I was running behind on time. I would appreciate if next time you spoke to me directly so there wouldn't be any miscommunication we don’t tolerate verbal abuse and threatening behaviour (whilst on call to the customer, the reason the call was made was to check up on the customer due to his aura when he was in the barber shop)
