We booked my little boy thomas who is 4 i messaged first and they were amazing when i explained he has autism and really dislikes the barbers they... asked questions and were great we booked in we went in they were very welcoming and showed thomas. The clippers let him feel them and were really amazing at taking there time and keeping him calm and reassuring him everything was ok it is the best hair cut and customer service received at a barbers with thomas thank you so much will see you for our next appointment 😊 Show more

So happy with my cut ( women’s) listened to what I was looking to have done want rush with the cut itself 10/10. The place is spotlessly clean really ...relaxed and welcoming spaces environment which is great and I found it very relaxing . First of all, the one star has nothing to do with Beth. She did her part, no problem. The shop/business seems like a shambles, to be honest. The barbe...r I booked with (chris) hadn't turned up, Beth tried to contact him but to no avail. Beth kindly offered to sort me out. The shop doesn't have any proper barber chairs, which, considering it's been open a few months now, is a bit of a shocker. The gents cut and beard trim is £40 plus pound, which, compared to other barbers in the town, is on the more expensive side. For this, I'd expect a hot towel, oils, cut throat shave, etc, but none of this was offered. It's really disappointing, I don't have a lot of need for regular haircuts these days, but I do like the occasional treat of a proper job rather than a diy shower shave. I understand, Beth has been there for about three days, so as I mentioned earlier, I wouldn't proportion any of the blame at her door, I feel she's been left out to dry a bit in all honesty.
