I had contacted steve a while ago, time passed but i messagdd him about a massage after i completed my forst solo hyrox and he got me in straight away..., full massage on the lower legs and part hammys and thigh, i feel brand new. It was nice to hear some advice to get my glutes fired up. He listened to what I was saying as well. I can't wait for my next one. Thank you ste. Show more

What a great service .. went in with a few niggles . Steve was professional and very knowledgeable. Pain at 10 in certain areas but came away with pa...in a lot lower, with the tools to work on the areas at home to help myself. Will absolutely be booking in weekly to keep on top of everything . Thank you so much Also the room abs venue are Bob on Lots of parking and comfy cosy warm room that Steve works from . Show more
