Wax and tint

From the start, Charlotte put me at ease, asking if i had a preference for what colour dye was used, also offering her own advice. She mapped my face ...to ensure my brows were suited to my face shape. She talked to me through all the steps she was doing, moving stools to accommodate my fidgeting self. I wasn't left with any red marks around my brows after the wax, the first time ever. I now have beautiful full brows and a shape that fits my face. I'll definitely be coming back again. Attended today for a brow wax and tint and also for classic lash extensions. Charlotte was amazing from start to finish, she took her time with the co...nsultation and explained the difference in products, giving knowledgeable advice and guiding me to choose which products would be best to create a natural finish. Charlotte was patient, even when I fell to sleep whilst having my lashes done. Having oreviously a bad experience with my lashes, Charlotte put me at ease and the finished outcome is amazing.
