Charlotte was so helpful from 1st contact and with after service. I had a growth removed from my chin, which would have waited a lifetime for an app...ointment for on the NHS. It has 80% disappeared now and not long till it’s gone for good! She is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and helpful. As well as my usual lazer, I just had my first ever dermaplaning facial with Charlotte, and I’m made up with the result! My skin feels unbelievably sm...ooth and soft. I opted for the additional mask, and I can literally see the plumping hydration it's delivered. My makeup looks absolutely flawless this morning!!
