Where do I start. I booked in soak off, gel pedicure & French tip. I left with a soak off gel extensions no pedicure and a French tip. I was there fro...m 11:10-13:20…I’m a beauty therapist myself I know the standards there are and also timings it takes. I am so beyond disappointed in this establishment and my experience not once but twice now it’s vile. 1.use clean & new files for every client 2.try to not cause discomfort and pain when filing/using a drill. I was in pain & im bleeding around my cuticle area 3. LISTEN TO THE CLIENT - I was given extensions on my big toe due to telling her I don’t want her to cut my natural nails too short so she offered extensions which I tried to say no to begin but she ended up not getting what I was saying so I said yes to make it easier…when I asked her to make them shorter time and time again she just wouldn’t to the point she stopped asking if the length was okay and carried on even though I said they were far too long, they look stupid! Then it came to pay……I said I had 25% off (email) and also had a £17.50 deposit in which she responded she couldn’t accept that and I ended up HAVING to pay £25.26 “the manager will call me and refund me when she’s in”. I’m actually disgusted and WILL NEVER return nor will I EVER recommend this “salon” they are money grabbing scammers with very low standards when it comes to hygiene and client car. Not to mention I saw the gel brand mylee being used which is known within the industry to cause allergies…on top of that you can see product all over my skin…another thing that can lead to allergies For whatever reason I can’t respond to your response that I “asked for longer nails” I never asked for more light I said I didn’t want them to be cut too short and the length I came with I was happy with I just didn’t want them to be cut/filed too short…so no I didn’t “ask for more length”. I will be waiting for the call from your manager to issue my refund Show more
