An odd experience. My partner has his haircut before mine and had two people shaving his head at the same time. The second person (a lady) appeared to... be a trainee, but this was never explained. When it was coming up to my ‘turn’ (at 14:50) someone else who had walked in to the shop was called into the seat. We had to explain that I had booked an appointment at 15:00. This appeared to come as a shock to the barbers. He quickly rushed the other customers’ haircut (in less than 10 mins) so he could call me up in time. My cut was average and satisfactory, no complainants about that. I don’t think I’ll be returning as not convinced about the booking system. Show more
