From the moment I walked in, Gareth was attentive, knowledgeable, and focused on addressing my specific needs, particularly my tight quadriceps and ha...mstrings. The session started with traditional deep tissue massage to release muscle tension and improve circulation. After loosening the muscles, Gareth applied silicone cups to key areas, creating a gentle suction. I was initially apprehensive about the sensation, but it was surprisingly relaxing. The cupping therapy complemented the massage perfectly. It provided a deep decompression feeling, reaching areas that traditional massage couldn’t. After the session, I noticed an immediate improvement in my mobility and a significant reduction in soreness.
