Didn’t do a very good set didn’t try to fix them wouldn’t reply back at the end would not recommend at all which is such a shame.. my mums natural las...hes weren’t good to hold lashes so she should of been told not to go a head as she’s never had them done before and didn’t know should not of been told to go with the appointment instead she didn’t say anything and let my mam pay for the eyelashes that didn’t look great eyelashes were very clumpy too just wish she could of tried to help never mind Show more

It’s such a shame to see such a negative review as there was no issues raised before or after the treatment was completed by the client and she was 100% happy before leaving the salon. Every client is shown their lashes at the end of the service to confirm they are happy with the set. I am fully accredited and trained, if I thought the lashes weren’t going to be up to standard I would have made the client aware of this and wouldn’t have completed the set.
