First time to this salon - this will be my new local place to go. Nice and clean space and the staff are lovely. First time having BIAB and John actua...lly explained the layers to me which was nice. This might not be important for some but the staff seem to sense well when you do or don't (like me) fancy a chatty session and adjust accordingly which I really appreciated on a Sunday morning...
