I would highly recommend a visit to the recovery hub! I booked in for a deep tissue sports massage and the IR sauna & cold therapy pod. Becky was very... knowledgable when explaining the process and showed great attention to detail when assessing current physical condition and previous injuries. The massage itself was the best I’ve had as Becky focused on my problem areas whilst also loosening everything else in the process. Afterwards I felt 10 years younger and could move so much better than before I went in. The IR sauna and cold therapy pod was also fantastic and was a brilliant addition to the overall experience. Becky went through all the relevant instruction regarding operation of the equipment and explained all the safety information so if you are on the fence just take the plunge and give it a go! I cannot wait to get my next appointment booked in. Show more
