Absolutely fantastic, thank you. It was my first time having a remedial massage with Shannon, and I've been experiencing a lot of discomfort and pain,... with tense shoulders/neck/back and aching hips, sometimes unable to stand up straight. Shannon listened to my problems and started helping the areas straight away. After half an hour, I'm able to move freely, stand up, sit down, and walk better than I've been able to for a couple of months. Thank you so much, I look forward to the next appointment already!
