This was my second massage session and it was focused on my upper back, and it was absolutely perfect. Fern's skill in targeting my tension areas was ...impressive, she knew exactly how much pressure to apply to relieve the tightness without any discomfort. I have noticed an immediate improvement in my upper back, with less pain and more mobility. The stretches in my hips and back were amazing too! The calm and welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax.
