We would like to clarify that Ahmad is one of our most experienced barbers, with over 6 years of professional experience, and he consistently receives excellent feedback from our clients. After reviewing your appointment, we found that your beard trim, shape-up, hot towel treatment, and face massage service took over 47 minutes, which is longer than our usual service time, despite the shop being busy at the time. This was because Ahmad took extra care to ensure a high-quality result rather than rushing the service. We also reviewed the appointment and could not identify any intentional contact with your eyebrows. During beard shaping, hot towel treatment, and facial massage, there can occasionally be brief contact around the surrounding facial area, but this is never deliberate and is part of working carefully around the face. We always welcome constructive feedback and continuously strive to improve. However, we are disappointed that the quality of the service you received was reflected in a 2-star rating, especially considering the time and attention dedicated to your appointment.
