After seeing a friend’s post about Suffolk Serenity and also seeing lots on social media about Japanese Head Spas I decided to book an appointment wit...h Abi. On arrival Abi went through step by step the routine which she uses throughout the treatment , she also showed me all the equipment she uses and explained what they were individually. Abi reassured me at any time if I didn’t like or didn’t feel comfortable with what she was doing she would stop. The whole experience was amazing , the whole treatment had so many different elements I felt very spoilt. I can not wait to go back I would also like to add that Abi’s communication prior to the treatment was brilliant checking in and answering any questions I had straight away.
