Sapphire is an expert at what she does. The space is calm and clinically clean. Made to feel comfortable from the outset with sapphire letting me know... what was going to happen, answering any questions I had and taking her time to help me understand each and every movement she made in the room. I’ve been seeing Sapphire at Alchemy Sports Therapy every few weeks, and she’s honestly amazing. Super calming and professional, which makes the whole... experience really easy and comfortable. I’ve had a few rugby-related injuries, and she’s helped a lot—especially with massage and dry needling. One time I was having bad pain in my TFL, to the point where walking and stairs were rough. After one session, the tension was released and I felt brand new the next day. If you’re dealing with aches or injuries, I’d definitely recommend Alchemy Sports Therapy. Show more
