10/10 An AMAZING experience! As a busy working Mum with 2 kids who also have 4c hair I never get to give my own hair the time and attention it needs. ...I don't go to salons as they tend to rip at the hair and use too much heat. (the dreaded afro pik and hooded dryers) they also rush the process to get onto the next client. Mia was fantastically different. She took her time with every strand! from the take down to the conditioning to the finger detangling to the drying process to the braiding. No ripping, no pulling, no tight braiding. My dry, brittle tangled hair felt fully moisturised, soft and healthy AND my protective style looks amazing. I have had so many compliments on the neatness of my braids. This was definitely a spa experience for my hair. Mia's techniques are world class. If you want your hair to grow healthily and retain its length, you need to book her! Show more

Cornrows for under wig

I had cornrows to wear under my wig, it was not too tight and I was very relaxed. Mia explained what type of hair I had and how I should look after it..., as I was not aware of how, for scalp and hair, for it to be growing healthy. She advised certain styles I could wear that were real protective styles. Mia was gentle with my hair and hardly used combs or brushes with low heat to blow dry it. It put me at ease that i was In a comfortable setting at the salon. Show more

I booked a knotless braiding appointment with Mia she attended my house to do it. I really don't look forward to doing my hair and well let's just say... Mia has resolved my issue now I have easy maintenance and I'm looking forward to my next appointment as she does such a brilliant job. Mia is very professional and has finished my hair to a high standard she definitely knows how to handle my 4C hair and I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends going forward Show more

I booked Mia for a knotless braiding appointment at my home. The service was really thorough, as she took time finger detailing my hair, after washing... and treating it. I didn't think that I would have an easy time at this stage, as I have a tender scalp. To my surprise, it was a gentle process that made me feel at ease. Mia really took time with my hair, it was an unrushed service. I'm really happy with my braids, I will definitely be booking again, now I don't have to stress about wash day being a chore for me, now it's more of a pamper session pain-free. Show more

I had a very enjoyable appointment with Mia at QTi Beauty this week.  I have experienced many different beauty treatments with her over the last two y...ears.  All my treatments (and consultations before some treatments) have been done professionally, with sensitivity and honesty.  If something is not beneficial for you, Mia will gently let you know and suggest an alternative if available.  This week I started a course of hair loss treatment with her, and it went exceptionally well.  All details were explained during the consultation so at the first treatment I had no unanswered questions and was confident it would be a good experience.  Mia is a talented A1 Aesthetician and I look forward to booking many more treatments from her.
