I took my two boys to Dylan after reading a local recommendation. I told him that my boys like their fringes long and that we don't use product in the...ir hair so I wanted their hair cut to their natural partings so that the long hair on top wouldn't flop to the wrong side. Unfortunately Dylan didn't listen to any of this and gave my first son a short haircut. When my second son went to the chair I pointed out where his parting was and asked him to only take about a centimetre off the length at the front. Again he didn't listen and gave him a short haircut with a good 4cm off the fringe. I pulled my son's hair into his natural parting and pointed out that this was what his hair will end up looking like and asked Dylan to please cut it again. He did so but I heard him asking my son if that was his parting as if he didn't believe me. I left with two very upset boys. Additionally, there was a TV on the wall playing music videos. Unfortunately another barber decided it was appropriate to play songs full of swearing and racist language while children were in the shop. Show more
