I cannot express enough how having hijama wet cupping has benefited me! I had extreme lower back pain and was unable to put my own shoes on for weeks.... After one session I woke up the following day (after the best sleep) feeling pain free and was able to exercise. I couldn't believe it myself! Alyson is incredible, she shows so much care and compassion, simply being in her presence is calming. From the first session I have committed to seeing Aly every six weeks. Have been to Ali twice now. Was made to feel welcome and so relaxed. She has magical hands and both times have left feeling so much better Will be... back next week Edit. My husband and I met Alyson for the first time on Saturday. Neither of us had had wet cupping before but I had heard marvellous things from a friend w...ho has previously used Alyson. Had an amazing experience and Alyson was fantastic in the way she is professional, kind and made us feel at ease especially with a new experience. My shoulder and lower back are feeling great today and my cough is definitely improving. I felt no pain or discomfort at any point only a scratching sensation which I actually quite enjoyed. Another thing I liked was that Alyson wasn't pushy in anyway to how many times you should come and how often, which is a breath of fresh air in today's world. Had another session with Aly this morning, she’s been helping me to lose some weight. So far I’ve lost around 7lb in 1month. Started off with some dry... cupping then a fantastic massage, we then tried her new fire cupping, which was amazing felt different from wet cupping. Just had my 3rd session with Alyson , originally I was a bit hesitant just to the unknown but I wish I'd started sooner. She's a very knowledgeable th...erapist and is constantly reassuring. The session has lovely background music which is calming and relaxing. Previously I had a backache not sure where it came from but session 2 fixed it which I wasn't expecting it to disappear so quickly, this last session we are dealing with my frozen shoulder which I've had 8 years , definitely an improvement with movements already. So thank you Aly for your expertise and a wonderful session, time for myself , I come out of there calm and floaty like a weight has lifted . See you soon xx Show more

I was a bit hesitant to try this, but my Shoulder and back pains were so bad and cortisone with physio was just not working anymore. Alyson put me at ...ease completely. The Massage and cupping was an amazing experience. I spent my first night pain free, which is incredible as I've suffered for years. I would not hesitate to recommend anybody to try this. Alyson welcomed me with a lovely Hot Lemon & Ginger drink, I felt instantly at home on arrival. I felt like i was visiting my sister, she has so much... love, kindness, compassion & wisdom to share. We had a lovely down to earth talk, before an A.M.A.Z.I.N.G meditation, which I went deep in to, l let myself completely go, Something i usually struggle with. I was totally relaxed, even before an out of this world massage, Alyson spoke gentle, yet powerful & meaningful words, whislt massaging with some beautiful oils. She was so in tune with my energy, I felt this. Then the Cupping ...Where Alyson worked her magic! After never experienced this before, She made me feel so comfortable, as she searched so gently for dis - ease. This was such a great experience. I left feeling soooo relaxed yet energised, practically floating out of her door. This morning, I woke up with no pain or discomfort, after suffering for a few years now. Im booking my next app. Along with 1 of my daughters birthday treats. I have already recommended to friends. I'm so Grateful & Appreciative of your Beautiful energy & time spent on me Alyson.
