James knew exactly what techniques to use to give my hair a softer look. I also like to keep my hair low maintenance so I only wanted to get a long fringe to frame my face, which he recreated perfectly with what I had in mind. James was super attentive, he is a great listener, and has really good hospitality. And he clearly knows what he is doing. I always feel that my hair is in safe hands when I book with James. I really enjoyed going to see James and there were a few things that stuck out to me. First of all, the atmosphere was very calming and intentional. J...ames offered to take my coat for me and asked whether I would like a herbal tea. As someone who had not been there before, I found the environment to be very relaxing while still maintaining practicality. It was clear that a lot of care and skill went into my restyle as James sat down with me and helped me articulate what I was looking for in the beginning. By the end of the haircut, he had given me the exact style that I had described and walked me through the steps of caring for it. I highly recommend going to him if you are looking for a reliable and passionate person to do your hair! Show more
