James knew exactly what techniques to use to give my hair a softer look. I also like to keep my hair low maintenance so I only wanted to get a long fringe to frame my face, which he recreated perfectly with what I had in mind. James was super attentive, he is a great listener, and has really good hospitality. And he clearly knows what he is doing. I always feel that my hair is in safe hands when I book with James.
