I feel I need to leave a review as it’s how a business learns and moves forward The hair cuts part of your service is amazing can’t fault it My issue... being the appointment service I made an appointment and a chair was available at my appointment time however you prioritised a walk in, so what’s the point of making an appointment then? Had to leave and felt very disappointed especially when one of the barbers told the owner I had an appointment and he told him I can wait Not great service at all on that day Show more
