Russian Lashes

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this lash technician. I booked a Russian lash extension service and clearly requested... 18mm or longer lashes — something I’ve worn for years without issue. After taking my £35 deposit, she changed her position and refused to provide anything longer than 12mm, claiming it was unsafe — even though she originally agreed to 16mm. I felt misled and cornered into accepting a service I didn’t want. When I asked for a refund because the service was no longer what I booked, she flat-out refused, hiding behind a “non-refundable” policy despite it being her decision to cancel the agreed-upon terms. In my opinion, this is unprofessional, unfair, and unethical. I would strongly advise others to get everything in writing and be cautious before paying any deposit here. I’ve had lash extensions done safely for years — this was by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Show more
