I had my first lymphatic fully body massage with Alana and it was a wonderful experience. Alana’s calming prescience and the set up of the room made i...t feel so relaxing. It’s very spa like. The actual treatment felt very releasing and could feel the effects as it was being done. Days following the treatment I felt less bloated and lighter. Prior to the treatment I had a few aches and pains and cramps and these had gone. I also felt more emotionally balanced too. A great treatment that I would definitely have again. Today I had my first ever sports massage (I’m not sporty!) with Alana. Alana was warm and personable and put me immediately at ease. She had researched the conditions I was having physio for ahead of time and tailored the treatment to my symptoms. She constantly checked in with me to assess pain levels and I left feeling relaxed and confident in a planned treatment path moving forward. I’ll definitely be booking in for regular massages. Lovely first massage experience! The whole vibe was super chill as soon as I walked in - calm space, soft music, and a really friendly welcome. Alana... asked about any aches before we started, which made me feel more comfortable as it was my first massage I was a little bit nervous.
