We have spoken with our makeup artist and they have confirmed that they did apply foundation that was of a medium coverage and that they asked you at the end if all was ok and that you confirmed that the makeup was ok. You had booked for Day Makeup - Simple touch light make up no lashes, 45 minutes. As a gesture of goodwill we can offer for you to have this booking again at no charge. Please email us at customercare@getmepampered.com if you want this and let us know of your availability. We will also check with Booksy as to why they did not send us an email confirmation notification of your booking.
