What a brilliant experience! Amy was welcoming and friendly, taking into consideration my aches and pains. The space is perfect to just relax in and I... felt very comfortable and looked after. She worked with my body to relieve my stresses and focused on problem areas I needed help with (I booked for a Full Body Swedish Massage and Reflexology). I felt completely soothed after, and today I feel like I can move easier, breathe deeper with less discomfort. I will definitely be making more of a routine for my self care with Amy.
