Hi, your lashes were full and applied to a high standard and exactly as booked. As you stated they were 'lovely'. If you would have told me you were looking for a fuller, more dramatic look mega volume would have been the appropriate service and that could have been achieved. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds based on expectations of fullness as this isn’t covered by our policy 🙂
