Barber that was booked in wasnt there. Walked out with no hair cut. Waste of time. I booked my son in for a cut at 4pm. (attached confirmation). Son a...rrived was told hes not back till 5 so he left. Now the appointme8nt has been changed on my booksy app to 9.05 and marked as a no show. This appointment was never booked. Its a shame because they do great cuts here but the customer service has really gone downhill. Show more
