Hi Stephen just received the review, sorry we had you waiting yesterday. We try our best to stay on time and sometimes it is hard, if the client before is running late it can throw us behind time. Also the reason why you saw the 3 people walk in and sit on the other chairs is because you can select with who to book so they were booked in with the other barbers at a selected time. Both appointments were booked with Chris which is why my other colleagues couldn’t cut it as they had people coming in. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
