I’m really disappointed, because the place was closed, even though I had an appointment! I appreciate it’s not your fault that I have a disability, bu...t please bear in mind that it is hard for disabled people to get around. I had to take a taxi (£11 wasted!) which dropped me off with 10 mins to spare. I waited outside until 15 minutes past my appointment time, but gave up because it was so cold. Don’t take bookings if you’re not going to be open, and if you have some kind of emergency that prevents you from getting in on time to open, then contact the clients that have made a booking! - Thats not just decent business sense, it’s common courtesy!
