This is my first appointment with Zuri in a few years. My previous experiences have been 10/10 across the board. This time the braiding service was g...ood, but the customer service was quite poor. My booking was moved from mid-afternoon to early morning without consultation or consent. I agreed to come an hour earlier but the stylist was almost 30mins late and the salon wasn’t open. I had to wait outside on a cold day. As the salon wasn’t open until I arrived it was cold inside. They did not have the hair I requested in my booking in stock but luckily we were able to find a compromise. Not a great experience especially when you’re paying premium prices. Show more

Canceled the day before, and would not physically cancel the appointment on booksy. Would take forever to get back to me, and I still have not receive...d my deposit. Terrible customer service, would not recommend it. Update: They have responded to my review but not to my messages, I have no evidence that a refund was made. Again, I would not recommend. Show more

Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes things happen thats out of our control and unfortunately this was case with your appointment being cancelled. Your appointment was on Friday and it’s now Saturday, deposit can take a few working days to reflect in into your account.
