EDIT- I cancelled within plenty of time previously, a card was needed on booksy to secure the appointment and it said payment will be taken from this ...card. I said what i wanted and what grade then she chopped my fridge like a child, Not the best didn't state cash only and there was no offer of bank transfer she told me to go over the road for cash. an awful environment should have read google reviews first, hair not done how i asked, again other people mentioned this in reviews. Would not recommend at all. I would like to point out the snigegrs/smirking from your staff who even apologised and said it was a long day. Show more

Hi Scott For you to say that comment I feel is slightly unfair as looking at our records, your first appointment you cancelled.. with no charge. And if the communication isn't there with how you want your hair doing then you need to say so we can do it how you want it .. Also there is a big sign as soon as you walkin at the reception desk saying cash only. And there's a cash machine literally across the road , if you have no card bank transfer is also taken which will always of been explained to you.. our reviews on here are from genuine customer's which speak for themselves my buisness has been going for over 30 year's and is a testament to itself. You can't pay on booksy it doesn't allow you to, as I have the option taken off yhe system. There is a sign saying cash only it's been there for year's.. we keep it at cash only to keep the cost of hair cuts at a good valuable rate... some of those Google reviews are from when I had a new member of staff who had since had more training. Mistakes can happen to anyone. My apologies that you weren't happy .. our reviews on the whole speak for themselves my buisness has been in Prestatyn for over 30 yrs and that says alot .
