Well what can I say, booked an appointment a few days ago to get sons hair cut, arrived early, waited a few moments, lady came down from upstairs, ask...ed if I had an appointment, to which I said YES!! And then she replied well no one has turned up all day, so all appointments have been cancelled!! How can you run a business when you run it like this, absolutely ridiculous. Obviously won’t be returning EVER!!! And I’ll share my experience with others !!!!!! Show more

Terrible haircut experience. Felt like I was having a haircut with a trainee but still had to pay full price, barber seemed unsure what he was doing t...hough out, didn’t know how to blend/trim my beard in with my fade. Went round the sides of my beard with a razor but did it dry so was super uncomfortable. It’s also ridiculously hot in Lord and Roccos, invest in some fans maybe. Show more

3rd time now having Regan cut my hair and cannot fault him, I don’t even have to explain my style now and he gets it spot on. My son and 2 grandsons a...lso now use him. He has been so patient with my 4 year old grandson who has learning difficulties. It’s the 1st time I’ve booked via Booksy though as I wasn’t aware of it till Regan told me. I’ve noticed a recent review from a Thomas I find his review hard to believe as from my own and my families experience using Regan he has been excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him as a barber. No words really had to call another barber to finish the cut as he made so many mistakes on my skin fade , will not be using th...is barbers again, its like there cutting your hair in the dark. Had to sit and wait for another barber for 25 minutes to redo my hair. Yes they didnt charge in the end but thats the least they could of done . The 1 star is me being generous Show more

Booked my partner in for the bronze package with some extra add ons… he said he absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back! Unfortunately, he didn’...t get the refreshment and snacks detailed in description, and this was the first thing everyone asked him about when he said he’d been to lords and rocco! Hopefully next time he’ll get the full thing but he was over the moon anyway and looking forward to going back! Show more
