His appointment was at 14:30 and he messaged me too say he was going to be 5 minutes late at 14:51 in which i said was too late and I had other people in! My policy being self employed is to pay a fee if you don't arrive to your appointment and is the same for everyone one of my customers which has never been an issue! I asked professionally and politely for the money and he paid! Please don’t leave bad reviews without stating all of the correct facts!
