I have had good experience with them before. But the last two times I have booked and went for my appointment, the shop was closed without any commun...ication about cancellation or reschedule. I tried calling and messaging the phone number given in the page, but no response. Not sure if the shop is still active or not - if not, then customers shouldn't be allowed to book appointments. The shop was closed when i reach there and also i havent got any mail or phone call about that there will be no haircut today, even i try to call them... by the number they given in the application it was invalid, then i tried through there social media platforms even there is no reply. Even one of my meeting got canceled because of this incident. I have booked an appointment on 6.30 then i waited for 1.5 hour. Show more

I'm not giving a f***king shit for you cause you have been misleading your customers by providing booking times which aren't accurate. While trying to... contact you, there doesn't even rang a bell. Very disappointing behaviour, It’s been third time we have walked for half an hour to reach to the academy on appointment time, Whenever we reach the ...store at appointment time, we get the shop closed. Atleast you should inform us that we shouldn’t reach on appointment time because your shop is closed.. this is really not fair. We are humans not animals.. Show more
