First appointment booked for 3.30pm 15th Nov 2023, he was running late at dentist said 4.15pm. I suggested to reschedule if worked better for him, gav...e benefit of doubt as its first time with this barber to which he agreed too. Come Friday Nov 17th 11.30am appointment, he sent message saying uber canceled and will be 15-20mins late. No problem with that happy to wait. Its now 12.15pm no show and sends another message saying will be another 15mins. I replied back saying can't wait any longer as have work and will be running late. Not even a reply or phone call to try reschedule or explain himself if was genuine enough. Disrespectful and I'd imagine he wouldn't happy if clients did no shows. Personally wasn't going to give review but as i scrolled down i noticed others have experienced same in past. I've known of diligence for years growing up, with their reputation being good but to have this barbers name mentioned along with it is a joke. Feel sorry for pecker and the brand more. Show more
