I was so pleased to be back in the gym after 5months away....didn’t realise just how unfit I’ve become. AVM is a little family run gym and I always fi...nd it friendly. Anthony began to break me back in gently, very pleased with my personal training.... I get the feeling once I’m back on track he’ll start to beast me...it’s good to be back 😊👍💪👊
