I've been keeping up my regular hair appointments with the best barbers in Lisburn Jack and Owen. Both boys deserve to be rewarded for their services.... Firstly I want to start with saying that Owen is a lovely guy. Unfortunately after today I won’t be back. I had grown my hair for 5 months to get the ...desired length for the hairstyle I wanted. I came in today showed Owen a photo of what I wanted and it wasn’t an issue. I said that I wanted to keep the length just tidying up with some layers for texture. What I left like looking today honestly I’m still in shock, I didn’t fully see the extent of it until I had gotten home, I had to get my younger sister to try and fix things as much as she could. Booked two children in from 7-8pm, boys only needed heads shaved 1.5 back and sides and a tidy up on the top. I received a text to say stylist was re...ady for us earlier than our appointment, We arrived at 6.45pm were taken straight away, I asked if since we were going to be taken early and had booked the whole hour could he fit my teenage son in for a trim the answer was no. Even though I had booked two appointments at 30mins each we were walking out at 7.10pm, 50 mins of the appointment still left and he declined another sale, first time there as cut & grind but most likely won’t be back. The staff weren’t very friendly, we have had better service elsewhere. Show more
