Experience itself was lovely, welcoming and friendly, genuine conversation. The stylist took a lot more off the length than i asked for and didnt chec...k reference image again after it was all cut. Generally happy with the result, however, and will be going back once its grown out a little to get closer to the intended style, as it was a curly cut, which can be awkward. Show more

I don’t exaggerate when I say ‘life changing’. From the moment I walked in Paolo made me feel like a million dollars, he took one look at me and told me exactly what would suit my face shape and colour palette. He was so great to talk to as well.
