Attracted by the low prices and decent reviews? Don't be. I booked in with Savva for 9.30am and arrived 5 minutes early but he had 2 walk-ins waiting... in line. IMO if you book in for an allotted timeslot then you should be seen at the agreed time, and walk-ins take the risk of not seeing their preferred barber or having to wait. So then at 9.50am I was palmed off to a house barber who had been free for the entire time I was there. As soon as I sat in the chair he went off for a smoke and I had to wait for another 10 minutes. When he eventually came back - smelling of cigarettes - I explained what I wanted done but I could tell he was paying no attention. I made sure to repeat myself twice to NOT cut a particular part of my fringe short but he wasn't even looking. He spent a total of 20 minutes on my hair, gave me the same haircut that he gives to everyone and guess what happened to the specific part of my hair I said to not cut short? Lesson learnt. Don't go here. Inexperienced, unprofessional and careless. You'd be better off throwing your money down the drain. To Boswell’s reply: You can’t really judge a haircut until you get home and shower. To be honest I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Sharing my experience with others as I cannot recommend this barbershop. Not looking for a refund - you get what you pay for. Just spend that little bit extra and you won’t regret it. Have to say as well that the scissors got very close to my eyes on a number of occasions, whilst going very fast too. I’m sure nothing bad would happen but it does make you very uncomfortable. Avoid at all costs. Show more

Been going to Boswell Barbers the past year and honestly their prices and service are unbeatable! I used to pay £35+ for a cut and honestly it was no ...better, and in some cases they’d not even do what you ask them to do. Savva especially is really easy to talk to and always leaves me looking fresh and happy! Occasionally walk in’s to be expected can take a little while, but if you spend 3 minutes on the app you can be booked in and not have to wait long at all. Show more

This is my first visit. I didn’t expect that this shop will be busy on weekdays. There was a queue when I arrive for my appointment. It was a little b...it behind, but Saav was aware of my booking. I was accommodated by another barber - Makos (can’t fully remember), and just a little chat how I like my hair done… and in less than 20minutes I am done with the hair cut that I want.
