They were closed when I arrived and I messaged via IG and was advised they were closed today and the appointment should not have been confirmed. In ...fairness they did offer to rebook later this week with a 50% discount which initially I thought was a fair resolution to their initial error. However, since then I have been charged £20 cancellation fee, yet it was them that was closed and should not have had the booking confirmed on Booksy. I should be allowed to charge them a cancellation fee - please can you arrange to refund the £20 cancellation fee. Due to these multiple issues I will be using an alternative barbers in future. This has turned into a really poor customers experience - I would have expected better from a barbers that is certainly the cheapest Show more

I appreciate your frustration, however this was out of my control, Shane shouldn’t have been on the app to book with, the £20 charge has been refunded to your account, obviously we wouldn’t expect you to pay a charge , a 1 star review is uncalled for, & can have a serious impact on my business.
