There was a mix-up when I called for the next client; the lady on the line confirmed her appointment. Please note that the appointment was scheduled and not a walk-in, as we always prioritise appointments. This mix-up resulted in your sons’ appointments being handled by our senior barber instead of a junior. I apologise for this unintentional error.
