WOW. So I use to go here as a kid and wanted to reconnect with a black (owned) barbershop. So I understand this app to make appointments and stick by ...the timing? Because as customers we can then make plans...like I did... I had to be somewhere at 2pm. My appointment was at 12:30pm I arrived at 12:15pm. There was another (I assume a regular) customer sitting in the chair.. (lets also keep in mind this man is bald!). Time went by and it go to 1pm. I then decided I wasn't going to wait around anymore Watching him cut a blad man for 30mins! Am I an idiot? So I put my coat, my hat and my bag on and left. He saw me leave and didnt say a word. No 'where you going'.. no 'I wont be long'. This man then hadd the dam nerve to call me at 2pm, text me to say "Heard you had just left I'm trying to call you back but no answer." My brother. My appointment was at 12:30pm and his callng me at 2pm saying he heard I just left. Ridiculous!!! I would NOT recommend. Go to the Turkish man down the road in Wandsworth. At least youll get a hello. Show more
