First time using Booksy was seamless - nice & easy! As for The Lounge, there’s a reason why I’ve been getting my hair (and beard) done there for the ...past decade now! Dean & Caroline are top notch hairdressers (not ‘just’ barbers), the salon is always spotless and SO well designed & decorated, the coffee is always hot, and the sofas so comfortable. I booked appointments for my son and I to have our haircuts done on a Saturday afternoon. This is usually a very busy time. Before the appointment sys...tem, we would have been waiting quite some time for our haircuts. Now, thanks to the new appointment system, there was no waiting around at all. Very convenient! I’ve been going to The Lounge for nearly 10 years. I’ve never had a bad trim. Now the shop has moved to mainly appointments and so a little longer can... spent on the haircut they’re only getting better, left feeling so fresh, cut was sharp.
