I visited this shop on 24/12/2024 around 12:30 PM after a conversation with Mr. Dhruv, who mentioned I could come anytime. When I arrived, I was infor...med by the staff that many customers book appointments through the Booksy app. I waited for around 3 hours before realizing the importance of booking through the app, so I downloaded it and booked my appointment. Even after doing so, I had to wait another 3 hours before Mr. Dhruv was available to provide the service. In total, I spent approximately 6–7 hours waiting at the shop, which took up my entire day. While the service itself was fine, the experience could have been much better if there was better clarity for walk-in customers versus those who book appointments. It would be great if they could prioritize or better organize their system to avoid such long wait times for walk-ins. Show more
