Hi dear I m very apologies for ur wait but your hair we start 10 minutes early .. ur appointment was 12.00 u came 11.45 so we start ur hair 12.50 sorry u have to wait ... we finish hair early as well as ..before u nail coustmer change her mind after done colour , nail guy has to change colour again that’s why it’s hVe to wait .. thanks

I've been going to Sur since she was based in Streatham and still travel to her for my eyebrows and waxing appointments. She is very thorough and fast..., which is good when you are short of time. HD EYEBROW Swidish massage

I booked for an HD eyebrow job and a 25 minute Swedish Massage and found it odd that the person doing it did not need to see my face (I had a mask) so... the shape was slightly off and darker than asked for. I was told not to wet the area for 2 days yet after I did that, alot of the colour came off and was clearly not the same on both sides. With the massage I paid for Swedish(£35) and clearly got a got a Back Neck and Shoulder massage which was £25 not £35..As I couldn't lie on my front there was no stool commonly used for BNS and so I did the massage sitting up where the person doing the massage actually used an electric massager for the majority of the time!!!! I don't think she was a trained masseuse as I have had many massages but never one like that. I paid because the massage was okay(how can you get a massage wrong with an electric massager?!!) but I won't be back. I don't know how well trained they are or even if they should be dispensing any beauty services.... Show more
