Hi dear I m very apologies for ur wait but your hair we start 10 minutes early .. ur appointment was 12.00 u came 11.45 so we start ur hair 12.50 sorry u have to wait ... we finish hair early as well as ..before u nail coustmer change her mind after done colour , nail guy has to change colour again that’s why it’s hVe to wait .. thanks
