  This is a combination of Raynor Massage with the addition of Medical Acupuncture. Originating from Eastern cultures, acupuncture has been used for centuries for well-being and health. It's now very popular in the West and in the UK is recommended by the NHS for treating a variety of conditions. It involves the use of extremely fine needles, which are inserted into various parts of the body with the purpose of stimulating the sensory nerves and muscles to help release the bodies natural pain-relieving endorphins. Medical Acupuncture performed by Cristian Stanis in the Sutton clinic and is used in conjunction with deep tissue massage. Cristian will locate areas for treatment with acupuncture and insert the needles and then perform massage on a different area of the body as the needles get to work.
