As soon as I walked into the barbers I was greeted with friendly staff, offered a coffee and biscuits and the atmosphere was lovely. Where can I start... with James who cut my hair, I was greeted with a friendly smile and was made to feel at ease, he talked me through different options of having my hair cut and as a female going into a barbers, it was the first time I felt at ease without being judged. Customer service was spot on, and I’m so happy with how my haircut turned out. James took the time with me and did not stop until we were both happy, whilst having my haircut we had a lovely conversation and again left one happy lady, definitely will be coming to this barbers and asking for James. All the other staff were lovely too and for the first time ever I did not feel judged about using a barbers. Thank you so much for the wonderful service Show more
