Dear Anna, thank you for your feedback,as you booked me online for medium following your own shape but when I see you’re hair it was long and there was not any layers , I did charge you for restyling and blowdrying which suppose to be £58 I charge you £55 includes wash, restyling and blowdrying , we charge for the only trim £29 with roughly dry if any one wants to get proper blowdrying should pay extra £20 which is going to be £49 ,However I am sorry for misunderstanding.Best of Luck .
